The main house features a shaded terrace and dining table for up to 14 on the ground floor. The double-height living and dining areas are air-conditioned, while the well-equipped kitchen features concealed appliances and a large breakfast bar.

Baan Asan houses up to 10 guests within five ensuite bedrooms with gorgeous oceanfront views. Families with children will love the two adjoining bedrooms, which come fitted with bunk beds for up to four children.
Occupying the entire top floor is the glamorous master suite, which has its own private terrace, living area and is fitted with a king-size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Four other bedrooms each feature a split-level sitting area with designer furniture and king-size bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and glass-enclosed rain shower. Two of the rooms are fitted with bunk beds, making them ideal for families. All rooms are equipped with safety deposit boxes, hairdryers and universal adapters.

Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets).
Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.
No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.

Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
